A message from Catherine:
It has been an honor for me to work in the massage therapy field for 16 years. I have met so many great clients over the years, and I am continually learning from each and every one, from the student athletes who are striving to go to state competitions, to the local athletes who are looking to set a new personal record, to the parents who want to stay healthy to keep up with their kids. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and working together as a team to help them reach their personal goals.
As a massage therapist I know that it is important to stay active for both or physical and mental health. In today's world, where so many of us are tied to our computers and cell phones, it is even more important that we make a conscious effort to get outside (or to the gym) to get the exercise that we need. In order to stay active and do the things we love, we must take care of our body in other ways. And that is where massage therapy comes into play. Without healthy and pain free muscles, it wouldn't be possible to engage in the many activities that help us live happy and longer lives.
